Very poor instructions and website description of products
The website is very misleading when I ordered this product it said the stainless steel door was inclusive which I thought meant included. The price went up $800 from when I originally purchased it prior to Covid and then the order was canceled because of Covid . I paid the additional price instead of having my kitchen remodel to handle the newer model that is 15 inches wide that is readily available from many manufacturers . When I receive the product I realized I had to order a door separately and did so . When the door arrived there were no instructions and I could not find any on the website . Everything is installed now and it is working I do not like the new design that only crushes the trash when it is over 3/4 full . i’m sure there’s an engineering reason for this but I just think it should push the trash down at least halfway not 1/3. Needless to say before I purchase another trash compactor I will re-design the kitchens so that they will accommodate a 15 inch wide compactor that is easier to purchase .Very poor instructions and website description of products. Not happy.
12 inch Trash Compactor
Beautiful product with stainless steel door; however the compaction is a bit weak. More of a "musher" than a "crusher" (I'm sure you've heard that before). I do like it's quietness. Shipping charge is a little heavy.
